So this happened 😉 Grateful to have been interviewed by the Monroe Institute and have my story featured as their first Monroe Mission Moment on their blog. It’s been a while since I have written and it felt good! The Monroe Institute

We all have gifts. Special, unique talents we are meant to express in this life. For years I resisted my gifts, until one day back in 2010 when I was three months pregnant with my second daughter.

Our family just finished this free online video program from HeartMath. I highly recommend it! It walks you through some great tools to use during these times of uncertainty and stress. We did one or two 10 min clips a day and that worked well for the kids 🙂 Sharing in case any of you need a little extra support at this time
