All costs for testing and surgery for a living donor are covered by my insurance.

The testing process is confidential, so I won't be notified if you contact my transplant team. If you have questions about the donation process, my team would be happy to walk you through it and answer any questions you may have. Calling my transplant team does not mean you have to donate!

Living kidney donation is a selfless, incredible, lifesaving gift and no one will pressure you into making that decision!

Living donors save lives! Share your spare! You can live a safe, healthy life with one kidney.

My transplant team will do extensive testing to make sure donating a kidney won't affect your health. There are nearly 100,000 people on the kidney transplant list. I’m one of those people. I need a kidney transplant to save my life.

To learn more about living kidney donation or start the testing process on my behalf, please click on this link https://omnilife.health/uc-living-donor/ and complete the Living Donor Questionnaire (you’ll be asked for my name and birthday, Jazmine Moore 12/16/1998). If you get tested for me and you are not a direct match. don't give up!

You can still help me by going through the testing process to see if you could donate a kidney through the paired kidney exchange or kidney swap.

Although I won’t directly receive your kidney, I will receive a lifesaving kidney from someone else in the exchange. You will then donate your kidney to someone else who is in need, saving my life and at least one other person.

I'm searching for a living kidney donor to SAVE MY LIFE! Can YOU be that donor?

Some people do their dialysis treatments at home. This requires a separate room to store all the supplies, which takes up a lot of space. In addition to the time that the treatment takes, it can take an hour to set-up and clean-up after treatments.

A kidney transplant would drastically improve my quality of life, givng me the strength and freedom to live my life without the constraints of dialysis.

People describe me as a loving wife and loyal friend. I’m optimistic and never say “what if”, but always “when.” Not if, but WHEN I get a new kidney, I will live life to its fullest! I love swimming (something I can’t do right now because of dialysis), walking the dog, and watching movies.

A kidney transplant will allow me to get back to LIVING my life. I'll get my strength and energy back. I'll get my life back.

YOU could be the donor I've been waiting for. Save a life! Become a living kidney donor!

On average, a kidney from a living donor lasts 15-20 years versus a kidney received from a deceased donor, which averages 8-12 years. My doctors and transplant team have advised me to find a living donor.
