PACKAGE DETAILS:
A pre-surgical evaluation with Dr Stoller will be needed to determine if you are a candidate for Lasik. If you are a candidate, you will have a consultation visit at VisionPoint to meet with the Lasik team and get final measurements prior to your procedure. If it is determined that you are not a good Lasik candidate, you may transfer this package to another individual. That person will only be assessed a pre-surgical evaluation fee of $150. Following your Lasik procedure, Dr Pinter will see you the next day for follow up. Dr Stoller will assume your remaining post-operative care over the next 6 months. All appointments with Dr Stoller can be scheduled at either Fairbury Vision Center or Pontiac Family Eye Care. All appointments with Dr Pinter will be at VisionPoint, located at 1107 Airport Rd, Bloomington. There is no obligation to continue seeing Dr Pinter or Dr Stoller for your annual eye examinations. If you normally see another eye doctor, you may to return to their care after the post-operative period is complete.
The best candidates will be at least 21 years old, have a vision prescription between +4.00 and -6.00, and are interested in improving their distance vision.
Value of Dr Pinter’s services = $4050
Value of Dr Stoller’s services = $550
Total Value of Lasik Package = $4600
