And I’m confident that when you show up, you will find it too.
Just like my ladies in the group did.

I know some of you are still figuring out if this is for you — and that’s okay.

Afternoon cravings that won’t quit aren’t a willpower problem.

They might just be a water problem.

Dehydration and hunger signals get crossed in midlife — and most women never make the connection. You reach for food when what your body actually needed was water.

Two places to start:
→ 12 oz of water before your first meal
→ Put a full water bottle somewhere visible

Visibility creates the cue. Drinking it creates the habit. Both have to happen.

For ongoing menopause and metabolism support — RE•FRAME is my monthly coaching membership. Link in bio. 💚

The scale going down doesn’t always mean things are going in the right direction.

This is the conversation I’m having with women on GLP-1 medications right now — and it’s one of the most important ones.

Losing weight and losing the right kind of weight are two completely different things. And without the right nutritional strategy in place, the muscle you’re losing quietly today is the metabolism you’ll be missing tomorrow.

Muscle is not just about how you look. It’s your metabolic engine. Your bone density. Your energy. Your strength as you age. Protecting it while on a GLP-1 isn’t optional — it’s the whole game.

Three things that matter more than the number on the scale right now:

→ Protein at breakfast. Every single day.
→ Resistance training. At least twice a week.
→ Support from someone who understands both menopause and GLP-1 nutrition — because they are deeply connected.

If you want ongoing support with exactly this — the Reframe Menopause Method is where we do this work together every month.

Your kitchen is not neutral.

It’s either quietly working for you — or quietly working against you.

The women I work with who see the most consistent progress aren’t the ones with the most willpower. They’re the ones who stopped relying on willpower entirely.

What’s visible gets eaten. What’s convenient gets chosen. What’s hidden gets forgotten.

That’s not weakness. That’s just how we’re wired.
Three small shifts can change everything. No diet. No overhaul. Just a kitchen that’s finally on your side.

If you want to go deeper — Reframe is my monthly coaching membership for women navigating menopause and metabolism.
Everything inside is designed around one principle: making the right choices easier, not harder.

Let's talk about the worst advice women in midlife keep getting about exercise.

More. Harder. Heavier. Consistent.

Here's what that advice is missing entirely:

After 40, your hormones are shifting, your nervous system is carrying more load than it ever has, and your body's ability to recover is not what it was at 30. When you pile intense exercise on top of all of that — you're not building strength. You're adding another stressor to a system that is already overwhelmed.

And your body responds to stress the same way regardless of the source. A brutal workout looks a lot like a stressful week at work to your nervous system. Both raise cortisol. Both slow recovery. Both work against the very results you're pushing so hard to get.

This is why so many women in midlife are doing everything right on paper and still feeling exhausted, inflamed, and stuck.

More is not always more. Sometimes more is just more damage.

What actually works is movement that meets your body where it is right now. Movement that supports recovery. That rebuilds strength progressively. That feels sustainable — not punishing.

And no — it does not include jumping jacks. Some of us have a pelvic floor that has opinions about that now, and that is completely valid.

This is the foundation of everything we build inside my group program. Movement that works with your body. Nutrition that supports recovery. And the understanding of why your old approach stopped working — so you can finally stop blaming yourself for it.

I didn’t know what I was missing until my body showed me.

That’s the part nobody talks about. Not the transformation — but the moment you realize how long you’d been functioning at a fraction of what you were capable of.

I started moving differently in the summer of 2021 and within weeks my body started responding in ways I hadn’t felt in years. Not because I worked harder. Because I finally gave it what it actually needed.

That experience is a big part of why I reached out to Mari McConathy. We share the same mission — helping women in their 40s stop guessing and start feeling like themselves again, through movement that’s actually designed for this season of life.

We’re going live this Sunday at 6:30 PM Eastern to have that conversation with you.

Free. Live. No replay pressure.

The women who come to me aren’t lazy.

They’re the ones who have been showing up — to the gym, to the diet, to the routine — and still feeling like their body isn’t responding the way it should.

That disconnect is not a character flaw. It’s a signal.

Midlife bodies don’t need more pushing. They need smarter support. And most of the fitness advice out there was simply not built with us in mind.

This Sunday I’m hosting a free live masterclass with movement specialist Mari McConathy to talk about exactly what that support looks like — strength and mobility designed for where you actually are right now.

6:30 PM Eastern. Free. Live. This Sunday.

Every summer it’s the same conversation.

Women come to me not because something suddenly broke — but because they’ve been quietly managing a body that feels less and less like theirs. And they’re exhausted from pretending that’s just how it is now.

It’s not.

This Sunday I’m sitting down with movement specialist Mari McConathy to talk about what actually moves the needle for women in their 40s — strength, mobility, and why the way you’ve been told to move your body may be working against you right now.

Free. Live. This Sunday at 6:30 PM Eastern.

Comment PILATES and I’ll send you the link. Bring a friend who needs this too. 💚

Can I be honest with you for a second?

I know that when you first hear that nutrition support can help with what you’re feeling in your body — the exhaustion, the weight changes, the overwhelm — it can sound too good to be true.

I understand that. Truly.

But I want to introduce you to one of my ladies from the group program.

Before she joined, she was stressed, overwhelmed, and unsure that anything would work for her. She almost didn’t sign up because she thought my approach might be too “out there” for her lifestyle.

I’m so glad she gave it a chance.

Today she feels more in control and more resilient than she has in years. She’s lost weight. Her relationship with food has completely shifted. And she told me — I’m quoting her directly — it was “extremely valuable. Well worth the cost.” 10 out of 10.

This is a win. Not just for her — but for every woman who has ever looked at a program like mine and thought “I don’t know if I’m the kind of person this works for.”

You are exactly the kind of person this works for.

First call is always free. Link in bio — or comment below and I’ll reach out directly. 💚

The mood shifts, the sleep disruption, the changes in energy and identity — they don’t stay in a woman’s body. They ripple outward. They affect how she shows up at home, in her relationships, in every space she occupies.

So if you love a woman navigating this — here are three things that actually help:

1. Ask, don’t fix.
“How can I support you?” goes further than any solution you could offer.

2. Learn the basics.
Understanding what perimenopause actually is will change the quality of every conversation you have with her.

3. Create low-pressure space.
She might not always have the words. But knowing she’s not alone — that you’re not going anywhere — matters more than you know.

To the women reading this:

What do you wish your partner truly understood about what you’re going through?

Share in the comments. This is a conversation worth having. 💚
