HR Loves Personality Tests. Therapists… Not So Much.
Did you know that Therapists Don’t Love Personality Tests?
It's true: HR loves them, but mental health professionals don't.
I find that personality tests can be interesting and even validating, but therapists are often more interested in patterns, nervous systems, attachment, trauma, and environment than fixed “types.” Sometimes what people think is personality is actually adaptation, survival, burnout, grief, or protection.
A framework should help you understand yourself, not reduce you into a label.
We offer free consultations for those wanting to explore healing, identity, relationships, and nervous system patterns in a more nuanced way.
