Today is Leah Sharibu's birthday. She is turning 23 years old.

Boko Haram/ISWAP kidnapped her and 110 schoolgirls. ISWAP kept Leah captive because she refused to convert to Islam and deny her Christian faith. She was just 14 years old.

Please join us in praying for her release and other women and girls enslaved in Nigeria by Islamist groups and other criminal gangs.

We join in prayer with a Nigerian sister who prayed Joel 2:25-27 over Leah:

“So I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten [...] I am the Lord your God. And there is no other. My people shall never be put to shame"
