The power of nursing shows up in so many ways, and today, we’re shining a light on one who brings heart, humor, and dedication to everything he does.

Meet Dan Flaherty, RN. Dan is always ready to support his team and takes a truly holistic approach to care, making sure his clients have everything they need to remain safe and comfortable at home. From rural Virginia to Northern Virginia suburbs, he goes the extra mile (literally!) to be there when it matters most.

Known for being compassionate, reliable, and easygoing, with a great sense of humor, Dan makes a lasting impact on both clients and teammates alike.

Fun facts: Dan has been a massage therapist and instructor since 2003 and often helps others manage pain just to give back. He also loves ballroom dancing, hiking, music, and spending time with his English Bulldog, Brooklyn! We’re so thankful for you, Dan!

Kicking off Nurses Week the best way we know how - learning, growing, and building stronger connections together!

Our Piedmont and Northern Virginia nurses from Fairfax CEC, Youngs, Alexandria, and Sterling recently came together for training and team building to start the week. From sharing knowledge to sharing laughs, it was a great reminder of the incredible teamwork and dedication that make our nursing teams so special.
