This is the Celtic feminine wheel of the year I’m working with. This design is a work in progress but illustrates the form we will follow on our healing journey through the spiral of seasons.

My next Celtic practitioner course initiation begins 9/19 in person Fairfax. This is an intimate gathering for women who are called to heal their lineage and embody the powerful ancestral medicine of your foremothers and the goddess.

West - Water, Emotional Releasing, accessing Trauma, Loss, Rage, Curses and Exiled power in the dark.

North - Earth, Womb and Grief tending, Restoration of body. Shamanic Dreaming and Journeying with Ancestors.

The wheel must be embodied because it means nothing without it being informed and enlivened through our life experience!

We are meeting ourselves where we are - to go deeper into authenticity and banishing all shame programs that keep us separate and dissociated from feminine enlivenment.

The Celtic wheel is a foundation that holds our ancestral memory connected to power, place, ancestry and memory. But we are women first and foremost. So WE inform the wheel. No teacher, no student, just the presence of awakening.

The wild feminine is rising again out of exile and some of us are here again to Re-member and Heal what has been broken through our own broken open hearts. For ourselves, for our community and earth.

This course is over lit , guided and inspired by the Cailleach who initiated me a year ago at Loughcrew on the equinox eclipse. She breaks everything down for rebirth. Her medicine is formidable and earth shaking in order to bring forth and continue the greatest power of creation through the feminine.

The portal for my next spiral around the Celtic Medicine Wheel is open! We begin September 19-20th at the Equinox threshold of autumn’s descent.

This year we return to in person circle at my home sanctuary Heartland in Fairfax CA. There is an online option!

This is an intimate circle of sisters seeking support, healing, authenticity and connection. What gifts and wounds we access and excavate becomes our medicine for ourself, family, community and earth!

We journey together 7 weekends for 7 months diving deep into the ancient Earth Spirit Medicine and seasonal spiral resurrecting our primordial power and memory.

The Medicine Women are waking up from ancestral trauma, exile and amnesia. It’s time to embody the elemental powers of the Feminine Earth Body.

After years on this spiral I now stand on different ground with this work. I hold the medicine firmly in my body as the force of the elements, wild and untamed, and a sword and shield of truth that slays illusions and artificial programs.

There are ample ways to learn and study shamanic medicine but only ONE WAY to embody it. It must be lived through the body- experienced through descent and surrender to the shedding, excavation of truth and retrieval of exiled parts. The elements can then be powerfully embodied, not separate from you.

This is the journey of Rewilding. A labyrinthine journey of remembering as life long devotion to your feminine wilderness.

I’m calling women who are waking up and recovering from wounds of patriarchal exile and separation from self. We will walk the path of radical recovery of shame based programs and embrace our shamanic feminine as a healing force. We will become the ALTAR.

A woman’s life is a never ending journey of cycles and spirals guiding her into the depths and heights of fullness.

The turning of the sun around the wheel of the year crosses eight thresholds activating codes of memory in a womans body, because she evolved with mother earth. A woman’s wise body is nothing less than mother earth embodied.

Ignoring the feminine perpetuates the same trauma patterns that got us here.

The systems that exiled the feminine benefit from male centered spirituality.

Naming earth, body and the feminine aspect of god as sacred is the remedy.

The work is not to become more spiritual, it is to be fully embodied. To feel the spirit of the goddess that lives in the body.

Accessing and remembering this empowerment is the radical healing work of this generation. Not just for women but for men too.

Forging the mine fields of shame, self hate, projection, dissociation, frozen emotions with fierce compassion and tenderness is the healing needed now.

Immersing in nature connection, ancestral remembering, somatic practices, intuition development, sexual healing and compassionate inquiry of emotional blocks is radical reclaiming of the feminine.

Women need supportive safe spaces to remember our sovereignty and transmute generations of disempowerment and prejudice.

Welcome to my new beautiful garden space for Heartland Healing! I’m thrilled to share this magical and peaceful space for in person one-to-one sessions in Fairfax CA.

I moved to this 111 year old house 6 months ago and renovated the back garden cottage that called me to this location. A private creek side sanctuary in the heart of a downtown neighborhood with towering redwoods, oaks and bay trees.

I’ve practiced the healing arts for over 12 years professionally. I have a 1st Class Honors degree in Counseling and Psychotherapy from Ireland specializing in Ecotherapy. Also while living there for 4 years I apprenticed and trained in Advanced Celtic Shamanism and received my Reiki Master/Teacher and Rahanni Teacher level. I certified in Compassionate Inquiry Trauma Therapy with Dr Gabor Mate and many other healing therapies if you’d like to read my website bio.

Primarily I’m holding safe heart centered intimate spaces for people who are ready to meet what issues are arising in the now- through a childhood trauma and ancestral lens. Healing happens through dialogue counseling, psychic revelations, unveiling ancestral burdens, parts work, grief therapy, deep compassionate self regard, emotional expression and hands on shamanic healing.

I found this path of service through a dark night of the soul which revealed my truest gifts and calling. I am a wounded healer and am passionate about supporting people who have experienced similar traumas. I continue to work with and face my inner integration from religious programming, patriarchal conditioning and feminine represssion, grief and loss, empath/narcissist dynamics and childhood trauma. I live and embody the path of healing and it is my sacred calling to support you through your own life initiations.

I work with both men and women - especially women who are seeking ways into their sovereignty through the heroines journey.

Hands on healing with Reiki, Rahanni or Shamanic healing is available for all.

I am guided by the divine feminine: Brigid -the fiery arrow, the Cailleach wise owl/moon seer. Serpent, Stag, Selkie & Swan. The dark goddesses Inanna, Sedna and beloved Mary Magdalene.

Moon Sisters you are invited to a dark moon Grief Ritual and Shamanic Journey with sacred burial sites of Ireland. This Thursday 11/20 at 5pm pdt online.

The energies are profound this week for a sacred pause to tend to grieving what is in the dark ready to be released. We are in a powerfully aligned time for healing with the moon and Venus’ descent to the underworld. A time to grieve our losses and let die the old for this final shedding in the Year of the Snake, diving deep to find regeneration and rebirth.

Included will be:
-Shamanic journey to a sacred burial chamber in Ireland that aligns with Samhain sunrise
-Grief ritual with the elements
-Meeting the Cailleach
-Journaling prompts
-Group connexion and sharing

We are working with the energies of the Ancestral Realm, Moon, Venus and the Dark to assist us with healing our exiled inner places that need holding and expression.

What energies need tending within you? Power Loss, Soul Loss, or your Golden Shadow - unmanifested gifts that lay dormant hiding under unmitigated grief. Swim to the depths and retrieve the precious jewels that belong to your soul.

This is the first of three Grief Rituals I’m holding over the next three dark moons preparing us for Venus rising in February.

It’s where we can begin to set down our burdens and get real with ourselves and each other. My spaces are deep medicine and guided by ancestral connection, based upon a foundation of healing with real life experience not just information or trendy quick fixes. The Cailleach shows us the way to trust our inner unfolding.
