To our patients,

As you know, health insurance companies have made changes in the last few years that affect both patients and providers. Because of some of these changes, we will be opting out of participation with Anthem and its subsidiaries as of January 22, 2022 (still 8 weeks away!). This has been a very difficult decision for us, as we have been providers with Anthem and its predecessors since 1991 (a 30-year long business relationship!). For more information about this change, please call or email us.

In 2022 we will launch our revamped payment package options that better benefit our patients.
