“Dear Dr. Ong,

It is a wonderful thing to be able to see so clearly, without my very thick glasses. To see my husband's face, my cats and my friends is truly a miracle.

From a past of always being told 'you have very bad eyes,' thicker and thicker lens, and even that I should not have children, the results of your surgeries are a great source of happiness to me. Your laser work on the astigmatisms were the main cure. It probably seemed as nothing to you, but I am so grateful for all you did.

Thank you for your calm assessments, very positive remarks, and cheerful manner. Thank you for your calls, to see how I was after the surgeries. They were a great help and reassurance.

Everyone in your surgical and coordinating departments were extremely polite, helpful and reassuring. I was able to call Karla Membreno with numerous questions. She was always quick to return my calls with detailed answers.
