Join us for Plyometrics Across the Lifespan, a 3 CEH hybrid continuing education course exploring the use of plyometric training across pediatric, athletic, orthopaedic, and geriatric populations.

Participants will explore the science behind the stretch shortening cycle, progression strategies, clinical decision making, red flags, and return to activity considerations. With a 10:1 attendee to presenter ratio, the course also provides individualized instruction, hands on guidance, and take home resources that can be applied in clinical practice.

The course will be led by Angelina Minchillo, PT, DPT, CSCS and Dylan D’Addio, PT, DPT, CSCS, OCS, who bring experience across orthopaedic rehabilitation, sports medicine, performance training, and return to sport programming.
