We’re rebranding! It’s been two years in the making, but Firefly OT is finally here!
Deciding on the logo was not easy. Huge thanks to for being incredibly patient with me. We went through quite a few different designs and this one he created could not be more perfect.
I went through so much these last few years but my kiddos always helped me move through the grief and trauma I was dealing with. I felt like my light was being dimmed; in more ways than one, for a long time. What I realized during that time was my kiddos were sharing their light with me. Without my asking, they did that for me every day. Slowly I started to heal and I was able to move forward. I went from not knowing if my business I loved so much and built on my own from the ground up was going to survive, to it absolutely thriving beyond my wildest dreams. I also have some of the most amazing OTs working with me now and I’m so grateful to them everyday❤️
I always reference something I learned in graduate school. People don’t ever think they’re going to need an occupational therapist. For us, it’s our norm and what we do every day, but I always keep at the forefront of my mind that it was never in any parent or caregiver’s plan to need us. Fireflies to me are pure magic. They share their light without asking, without transaction. I hope Firefly OT can help to share some light in times when people feel they need it most.
