Learning Together to Better Support Our Littlest Patients! 🩺

Dr. Claire Yother and Dr. Allison Cavender are attending the Early Intervention and Preschool Conference, joining professionals and families dedicated to supporting children with disabilities from birth to age five.

The conference provided opportunities to share knowledge, learn from one another, and strengthen the skills needed to help children thrive. We’re proud to have providers who continue learning and growing to better serve the children and families in our communities!

Meeting Patients Where They Are 🩺

Craig Borne spoke today at the AETC program, sharing how Cahaba Medical Care is using our Street Medicine program to reach patients in the community, provide treatment for HIV and hepatitis C (HCV), and connect individuals to ongoing care.

Through outreach and meeting patients where they are, we’re working to reduce barriers to healthcare and help individuals access the treatment, support, and continued care they need.

We’re proud of our team’s commitment to making healthcare more accessible to the communities we serve!
