We’re proud to celebrate a special milestone for Dr. Sebastian Harris as he marks 10 years with Jefferson County Health Center! 🎉

As a physician at JCHC Clinic | Fairfield, Dr. Harris has spent the past decade providing compassionate, personalized care to his patients. He also serves as Richland Medical Director and as JCHC’s Epic Physician Champion, helping guide how our electronic health record system is used to support patient care.

His commitment to building meaningful relationships, listening to patients’ concerns, and helping them navigate their healthcare needs has made a lasting difference in the lives of those he serves.

From maintaining our technology infrastructure and supporting cybersecurity to analyzing healthcare data and assisting staff with Epic, their work supports our employees and the care we provide to patients every day.
