❤️🤍💙 250 Acts of Kindness Challenge ❤️🤍💙

At Fairfield Nursing & Rehab, we're proud to celebrate America's 250th anniversary by spreading kindness throughout our facility and community!

Our goal is simple:
⭐ Complete 250 Acts of Kindness in 90 Days! ⭐

This challenge is about going above and beyond to brighten someone's day. Every thoughtful act—big or small—helps honor the spirit of service, compassion, gratitude, and caring for others.
The challenge will run July - September.

💙 Who Can Participate?
Everyone! Residents and staff are encouraged to join in and help us reach our goal.

✨ What Counts as an Act of Kindness?
• Write a thank-you card to a veteran, resident, or coworker
• Surprise someone with a thoughtful gesture
• Help a resident reconnect with a loved one
• Deliver an encouraging note
• Create care packages for veterans or first responders
• Complete any intentional act that makes someone feel valued and appreciated

📍 How to Participate:
1️⃣ Complete an intentional act of kindness.
2️⃣ Place one sticker on our 250 Acts of Kindness board for each act completed.
3️⃣ Watch our board fill up as we work together to reach 250 Acts of Kindness!

Every sticker represents a moment of kindness and brings us one step closer to our goal.
