Starting Sept. 1, 2026, our Laboratory services are transitioning to walk-in only – no more scheduled appointments.

Why the change? We're making this update to help reduce your wait times and get you on your way faster. Our goal is to serve you more efficiently and improve your overall lab experience.

Lab hours of operations:
Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm
Closed weekends, Federal Holidays and Medical Group Training days (3rd Thursday of the Month)

Immediate Change to CMR Scheduling and Communication

Effective immediately, the electronic application previously used for Continuous Medical Readiness (CMR) scheduling and communication is no longer available.

CMR remains fully operational.

Until a new electronic solution is established, members needing to schedule, change, or discuss a CMR appointment should contact the CMR team directly at:

Please use this number for CMR scheduling and appointment-related questions.
Members who already have a scheduled CMR appointment should continue to report as scheduled unless contacted by the CMR team.
