From garden to table!

Earlier this summer, our residents planted an herb garden, and now they’re enjoying the delicious results of their care and patience. Fresh basil was transformed into pesto sauce for pasta, while rosemary and thyme added wonderful flavor to the butter served with Italian bread.

The aroma was incredible, the meal was even better, and there was something especially meaningful about enjoying ingredients grown right here by our residents.
