We had a great afternoon of music and fun with Ageless! Our residents enjoyed a wonderful mix of rock and roll, country favorites, and classic American songs. There was plenty of toe-tapping, singing along, and smiling throughout the performance.

Meet Gloria LaFollette, DNP, ARNP, FNP-C, IFMCP 🧡

Gloria LaFollette has been caring for patients at JCHC Clinic | Fairfield for the past eight years and brings nine years of experience in family practice and functional medicine. She is passionate about helping patients achieve their personal best level of health through a whole-person approach to care.

Gloria believes meaningful healthcare begins with listening. By taking the time to understand each patient's unique story and goals, she works alongside them to create personalized plans that support long-term wellness. She especially enjoys helping patients improve their health through lifestyle changes and celebrating when those improvements lead to fewer medications and better overall well-being.

Originally from Michigan, Gloria enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. Whether she's gardening, hiking, kayaking, camping, hunting, or caring for her chickens and two Labrador retrievers, she values the slower pace and strong sense of community that rural life offers.

One piece of advice she often shares with patients is simple but powerful: “In all things, we always have a choice.”

We're proud to have Gloria as part of the JCHC team and grateful for the compassionate care she provides to our patients and community.
