Community Nurse was named in 2019 as one of the top 100 home care agencies in the country by HomeCare Elite and received five stars (the highest ranking) from the CMS for patient outcomes.

It was a great morning of coffee, conversation, and community! Thank you to everyone who joined us at the One SouthCoast Chamber breakfast at Ground Floor Coffee . We loved having the opportunity to connect with local business leaders, share more about the mission of Community Nurse, and celebrate the power of collaboration right here on the South Coast. Together, we can make a meaningful difference for the patients and families we serve every day.
