Noel, a server in our Dining Services Department, was nominated for Associate of the Month this June. His attention to detail and the relationships he has developed with our residents have made an amazing impact.

Noel’s bright smile and kind nature draw people to him. He was born in Hollywood, FL and graduated from FHS. He joined The Reserve because he loves helping others, and especially the older generation.

During his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, entertaining/events, working on future projects and endeavors, and playing basketball. Thank you Noel for all that you do!

Growing up in the D.C. area, these two sisters went separate ways after college. Lana headed north to Pennsylvania, where she enjoyed a lucrative career with Merrill Lynch. Sharon went to Livingston, Alabama, where she shared her passion for technology as a Computer Science instructor until her retirement.

Despite the distance, the sisters always shared a common dream: spending retirement together. When Sharon’s daughter suggested Fairhope, they decided to check out The Reserve in 2023. Even though the community was still being built, they knew instantly they had found their spot.

Today, Lana and Sharon live a few steps away from each other in our Cottages. You can find them enjoying the art and exercise classes, hanging out at the pool, and always making new friends!

We are so happy to have this dynamic sister duo in our community here at The Reserve!

This week, our Sales Director, Amanda Kelly, also serving as an Ambassador for the Alzheimer’s Association’s AL-01 district, met with Mayor Sherry Sullivan as she officially recognized June as Alzheimer’s & Brain Awareness Month in the City of Fairhope.

The proclamation highlights the importance of Alzheimer’s awareness, education, advocacy, and support for the many individuals and families impacted by the disease. The meeting also helped bring attention to the growing need for continued community involvement, early detection, caregiver support, and ongoing research efforts.

The Reserve at Fairhope is proud to support initiatives that bring awareness to Alzheimer’s disease and honor those affected in our local community. City of Fairhope - Municipal Government
