Happy Herbalist Day.. Plants are what makes this wonderful thing called Herbalism. From their roots to their flowers, plants are our allies in our quest to healthier lifestyle.

I can't Express enough how learning the plants and their actions has changed my life and improved my mind, body, and soul one tincture, tea, glycerite, etc. at a time.

Thank you to Heidi Villegas and Joe V for Healing Harvest Homestead School of Botanical Arts and Sciences. Learning in a safe environment is priceless.

If you look closely you can see the rocks forming what resembles a whales tale.. nature is so giving.
The Lord has provided us with so much beauty. Just watching and hearing the roaring water was restorative.
We had to go out of town yesterday for a baseball game, it was a beautiful day, we decided to go early to get out in nature and soak up some Vitamin D🌞 I encourage you to take some time and rewind. 🥰
