Bev was chosen as an Aspire Champion because she consistently embodies the welcoming and community-focused spirit we strive to create every day. Her warm, bubbly personality shines through in every interaction, and she makes a point to greet everyone she passes with a smile and a friendly hello. Bev also demonstrates the importance of building meaningful relationships. It is evident how connected she is to both her family and friends, as she regularly has loved ones visiting her. These strong connections reflect the positive, caring environment she creates around herself and the value she places on relationships.
Jared was chosen as our Aspire Champion because of the compassionate and gentle care he provides every day as a CNA. He approaches each resident with patience, kindness, and respect, helping them feel comfortable, valued, and at ease. One of Jordan's greatest strengths is his soft and calming demeanor. Residents respond positively to his gentle approach, and he takes the time to ensure they feel heard and cared for during every interaction. Whether assisting with daily tasks or simply offering reassurance, Jordan consistently puts residents' needs first. His dedication to providing exceptional care and creating meaningful connections reflects the values we strive to uphold. Jordan's compassionate nature and commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of our residents make him truly deserving of recognition as our Aspire Champion.
