AllCare HealthCare & Wellness is excited to welcome Rebecca Sands, FNP-C, to our team!

Rebecca brings more than 33 years of nursing experience and a diverse clinical background to AllCare as a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Her career has included experience in emergency nursing, preoperative medicine, neurosurgery, primary care, chronic disease management, and acute care.

Rebecca shares AllCare’s core mission of delivering compassionate, patient-centered care where individuals feel heard and supported. She believes patients deserve to understand their health conditions and treatment options and have the opportunity to actively participate in decisions about their care. Patient education, clear communication, and collaborative decision-making are central to her approach to practice.

Rebecca also has a longstanding commitment to nursing education and service. She has served as a clinical instructor and preceptor for nursing students and has volunteered with medical mission teams providing care to underserved communities.

The tale unfolds as the girl at AllCare persists to offer more care and more compassion to the community. She is open for the people that have turned away from the big healthcare system. She is there for those that feel left behind, forgotten, dismissed, or ignored in healthcare. She is there to listen. She is there to provide an alternative to those lost in the healthcare system. AllCare is expanding to provide more care, more compassion, and the capability of taking in more patients. Another chair in the practice has been filled. The AllCare story continues…
This girl’s heart grew as she met so many lovely people walking through her door. She was able to offer more care and more compassion to her community. She wanted to help every single one of them feel heard and feel a little bit better walking out the door than when they walked in. She prayed for every patient and knew that she could not do this alone. She soon spread the word that she was in search of a special helper. Not long after the word was out, the most compassionate lady showed up with offerings of wisdom, experience, organization, and kindness. She fit the chair that sat beside the girl quite perfectly in every way. This soon lead to a beautiful friendship and a thriving practice. The success of AllCare HealthCare was spreading. The girl looked around and saw the need for another helper to serve the community. It must be someone that fits in one of the chairs at AllCare, someone that practices with care and compassion…

Once upon a time, there was a girl who loved people and loved Jesus. A little over 2 years ago, this girl had a vision. She wanted to provide healthcare to her community with care and compassion, above what was being delivered through the big healthcare setting. She set out to create a compassionate, convenient, and comfortable environment for patients and their families. She opened her door and made it a goal to treat all types of patients with all types of healthcare using a holistic approach that allows the patient to customize their plan of care. Patients were educated on how to achieve a healthy lifestyle and reduce the risk of developing chronic illnesses. Weekly nutrition classes were held to empower and encourage those that have now become more like lifelong friends journeying through life together. Supplements were discussed, labs were reviewed, peptides and bioidentical hormones were researched, all to help various patients with lifestyle modification and issues like perimenopause, menopause, andropause, fatigue, anxiety, asthma, diabetes, hypothyroidism, heart disease, flu, and COVID. Clients would leave her clinic feeling better than before they walked through her doors, feeling they have choices in the way they look and feel, feeling empowered and listened to. That is exactly why she created this practice. She understands that each patient is an individual with their own views on health and individualized needs. AllCare is all HealthCare for all people of all ages. But the story and the dream does not end there…
