PSA: Today marks the five year anniversary of my diagnosis of breast cancer. I want to encourage you to do your self breast exams as this is how I discovered mine! My Treatment consisted of surgery and reconstruction and radiation, which ended in early November 2021 but this is the date that my knowledge and journey began so it’s always my reminder to remind all of you to do self checks! Men and women!!

Despite some controversy regarding the radiation of mammograms and biopsies know there are other methods such as thermography and breast ultrasounds that you may choose for investigating anything you find of suspicion and manual examinations. Most importantly just knowing what feels normal and what does not!

PSA-Mother’s Day is a celebration day for birth mothers and also the non-birth mothers who may not have been blessed with the physical birth of children but are lead into their lives to help love, support, guide and help to parent the child of a spouse, the neighbor kid, or maybe the child at school who needs some extra support. So Happy Mothers Day to all of the Moms and Bonus Moms and all of you who are helping like a mother would in someone’s life. You are all amazing and seen!

Great news! We are now in network providers with Medica, United Health and UMR insurances starting March 26, 2026! These are insurances that fall under the third-party administrator Optum health. Remember we are also in network providers for Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare, medical assistance for those under the age of 21, blue plus for those under the age of 21, Sanford, CIGNA, Health Partners, Preferred One, Ucare Commercial Plans, and MA Ucare for those under 21!
