Our residents had an amazing time at **St. Clair Bowling Alley**! There were plenty of smiles, laughs, friendly competition, and great memories made. ❤️

It’s always wonderful getting out, enjoying some fun activities, and spending time together. We’re already looking forward to our next adventure! 🎉🎳

This week we are celebrating 1 year of Flourish Wellness! At Americare, we promote ALL aspects of resident wellness, which are lined out in our dimensions of wellness, allowing us to individualize care. We also promote this in our team: making sure we find time to promote our physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, environmental, vocational, and social wellness, so we can provide the best care possible. Today, we celebrated with the staff by doing a Flourish Wellness Scavenger Hunt, and Eating Cake! Indya was the winner of the $50!

ATTENTION ALL VISITORS:
We are wrapping up our renovations here at Parkway Gardens! For tomorrow only, our front entrance will be closed for renovations (new flooring in the entry way). There will be a sign on the door, and you will be welcome to enter any side entrances, or park in the back and enter through our back activity area. Thank you for your understanding!

Reminder that we have our Family Inservice tomorrow! Please let us know if you plan to attend!

We have our next quarterly Resident and Families Inservice scheduled for Wednesday, August 19th, @5:30pm-6:30pm. Join us in spending time with your leadership team, enjoying some snacks and drinks prepared by our dietary team, and open discussion about Menu Planning and the POWER of choice in seniors!

Thank you to everyone who donated! We raised over $100 worth of supplies for our staff families. Wishing them all a very Happy School Year! There is still some time to donate if you want to get any last minute supplies :)

Through Aug 20th, we will be hosting a Back to School Supply Drive for staff families! Please get your supplies to Calvin. Accepting:
pens, pencils, erasers, loose leaf paper, notebooks, binders, backpacks, calculators, etc
