I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with the State Medical Board of Ohio & Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. I studied at the world-renowned Lauterstein-Conway Massage Therapy School in Austin, TX. I pride myself on my ability to care for and listen to the needs of others. I am well versed in anatomy, physiology, and a multitude of different modalities, which makes it easy for me

to assess and tailor each massage towards the individual needs of each client. My ultimate goal as a massage therapist is to heal others, reduce their stress and help them reach their ultimate level of performance and health. I specialize in Structural Integration, Deep, and Sports massage. I grew up in Kailua, Oahu where I got to live out my dream as a National Competitive Swimmer. I was the Girls State Champion from the age of 9-18 and was the 1999 Swimmer of the Year while holding 4 High School Records. I swam for the University of Nevada, Reno on a full scholarship and this is where I had my first encounter with massage therapy. “I am a believer in Massage Therapy!
