Enka Charity Raffle 🏆

Each quarter, our Enka clinic invites patients to participate in a charity raffle, with the winner choosing a local organization to receive a $100 donation from SEPT.

This quarter’s winner, Mandel, chose the WNC Nature Center! We were happy to welcome Willow from their team to celebrate with our Enka crew.

🚶‍♀️ Making moves together!

SEPT Physical Therapy and Civic Federal Credit Union were proud to sponsor Buncombe County and the City of Asheville’s annual Employee Walking Challenge! Together, participants reached an incredible 43.1 million steps, totaling 16,146.61 miles! We even had two SEPT teams participate, with one taking home 🥈 second place!

We love partnering with Buncombe County to promote health and wellness in our community!

After a stroke, recovery can involve more than rebuilding strength. This patient is challenging coordination, balance, and changes of direction through an exercise using red and blue lights.

Challenge is: how quickly can you react to the lights with specific hand responses.

Step Up for Wellness 🚶🚶‍♀️

We’re excited to support our partnership with Buncombe County Employees for their month-long Step Challenge! Today we’re kicking things off with a morning event focused on movement, wellness and community.

Our Clinic Director will be leading two stretch sessions to help participants start the challenge strong. SEPT is also bringing the team spirit with two teams of six participating throughout the challenge.

We’re proud to support the health and wellness of our local community and can’t wait to see everyone get their steps in!
