🩸The basics of the menstrual cycle (hormonal shifts, phases, when you’re fertile and when you’re not, what’s happening in the body and what energetic shifts you might experience)

🌸Benefits of knowing your cycle (conception support, natural birth control/making informed decisions about contraception and intimacy, understanding cycle health, self advocacy)
