This patient came to Dr. Russell Babbitt, a board-certified plastic surgeon, for revision surgery after a previous breast procedure performed elsewhere. After discussing her concerns and goals, we created a customized treatment plan designed to achieve the safest and most predictable outcome.

🔹Phase 1: A mastopexy (breast lift) revision was performed to reshape the breasts, improve symmetry, and reposition the ni***es and areolas so they sat at the same height. Creating that balanced foundation was the first priority.

🔹Phase 2: Breast augmentation with 265 cc Allergan SSF implants restored upper-pole fullness and completed her result.

Not every patient is a candidate for a single-stage procedure. In some cases, staging surgery allows for better healing, improved symmetry, and a more predictable, long-lasting outcome.
