Join Heather every Monday as she returns to the mat, embracing the journey back to strength, balance and peace. Practice with her at 5:30 PM for a Hot Vinyasa Flow, and 7:00 PM for Restorative Yoga.
Drawing from her background in powerful Vinyasa flow, the sensory experience of White Ta**ra Yoga, and the healing practices of Restorative and Yin Yoga, Heather creates classes that are both grounding and transformative.
Each week offers a unique intention and opportunity to connect more deeply with yourself through movement, breath and stillness.
