Through long-held postures, supported rest, mindful breath, & yes... Sound Bowls...
You’ll be guided gently inward… �releasing tension, settling the mind, and reconnecting with a quieter, steadier place within.��
This isn’t about doing more.�It’s about being, resting, and remembering.
