Is your toddler surviving on crackers and air this week?

Completely normal. Here is why.

Appetite in kids fluctuates, especially during growth spurts. And what your pediatrician actually cares about has nothing to do with how much they ate at dinner last night.

Save this for the next time the full plate ends up on the floor.

Myth vs Fact: Fevers. Part 4 of our Most Googled at 2am series.

This one is the most important thing Dr. Dhaliwal tells parents about fever.

The number on the thermometer is not the whole story. How your child looks and acts tells you more than any temperature reading ever will.

Alert, making eye contact, drinking fluids, responding to you, even with a high fever, usually okay to monitor.

Lethargic, hard to wake, just not seeming right, that needs attention regardless of the number.

Save this entire series. Share it with every parent you know.

Fever, stomach bug, or a rough few days in the summer heat. Sometimes your child just needs more than fluids at home can give.

IV hydration at KidsWatch gets them rehydrated fast so they can get back to feeling like themselves.

Walk in or book online. We are open until 10pm.

Sunburns happen. Here is exactly what to do next.

☀️ Cool the skin down with cool (not cold) water. A cool bath or wet towel works well. Do not use ice.

☀️ Keep them hydrated. Sunburns pull fluid to the skin surface. Push water and fluids for the next 24 hours.

☀️ Moisturize while the skin is still damp. Aloe vera or a fragrance free lotion helps. Avoid petroleum based products that trap heat.

☀️ Skip the tight clothing. Loose, soft fabric only until the burn calms down.

☀️ Come in if the burn is blistering, covers a large area, your child has a fever, or they seem unusually lethargic. We are open until 10pm, no appointment needed.
