Our Monthly Sound Healing Meditations 💫🌟

At Integrity Sober Living, we are proud to host professional, in-house sound healing sessions every month. These sessions are led by experienced sound healer Amanda Willis of Sakura Sound and Reiki, who brings a variety of instruments, including crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, and chimes. Imagine a soothing space filled with warm vibrations—each note designed to center your mind and heal your spirit.
The feedback we’ve received from our residents has been overwhelmingly positive. Many describe feeling lighter, more grounded, and better equipped to handle challenges after each of Amanda's healing sessions. Others have shared how the practice gives them something to look forward to and how it has become a treasured part of their routine.

At Integrity, we have the distinct pleasure of watching as these men rebuild their lives in recovery. We've seen families healed and unified, men become employable and empowered, but above all else - we've seen the transformation of recovery in these individuals, their constant pursuit of wellness and personal accountability.

"In May of 2024 I was at rock bottom: Newly sober, yet jaded and deeply skeptical that the “next” sober house would be the answer.
Integrity Sober Living took me in and I was welcomed into a community that gave me every opportunity to get well: Accountability, support, safety, respect, care, the list goes on and on. Immediately, I knew that this was it; I was getting sober. This house took away all excuses by offering in-house meditation, meetings, holistic healing; and all of this in an incredibly beautiful “home” nicer than most houses any of us have ever lived in.
