Did you know students start adding transition goals to their IEPs starting at the age of 14? These goals help prepare students and families for post school outcomes. In July, we had an amazing collaboration with 360 WorkReady Camp and Vocational Rehab to help target and identify student interests, preferences, and skills!

Our students worked really hard and we had an amazing team supporting them! You can see them with their finished resumes and binder where they will continue to build their portfolio along their journey!

Thank you to Charity Warigon and Lauren Clarke for making this visit to Maine!
