Big goals are exciting. The work that gets you there usually isnât.
Itâs the workouts you do when motivation is low. The extra rep when quitting would be easier. The decision to come back next week, even when this week didnât go perfectly.
Thatâs how progress is built.
Set goals that give you direction, but donât spend every day staring at the finish line. Focus on becoming the person who keeps showing up long enough to reach it.
You wonât crush every workout. You wonât feel motivated every day. And progress probably wonât happen as quickly as youâd like.
Keep going anyway.
Because the goal isnât just to become stronger.
Itâs to prove to yourself that you can do hard things, stay consistent, and keep moving forward when the excitement wears off.
Set the goal. Do the work. Let consistency handle the rest.
