Just 2 beach yoga nights left this summer! Tomorrow's weather looks great and it will be LOW tide. Photo is of me teaching in the water last week during the highest tide we've had in all the years we've been at chappy. Wild stuff, but beautiful as always!

After last week's rainout, tonight is shaping up to be one of the best of the summer! Bluebird skies, light breeze and 7 p.m. low tide. Sunset is at 8, so perfect for a post practice picnic or swim. See you at Chappy 6:30 p.m.
