Janelle is a NASM CPT, mother of 4 who is bringing women together all over the world in fitness and self love. Her dedication to positivity and effective workouts at an under valued price per month has brought women, confidence, new friends and killer workouts where they share struggles and triumphs. Her base is from being as REAL as possible, showing what the body looks like, not only when flexed

but when in motion has empowered women all over the world. Also I am an all natural athlete that uses NO supplements or ant teas, wraps, bullsh*t gimmicks. Janelle lost 45 pounds, quit smoking, and transformed her body from the inside out. Despite being a busy mom of 4 kids, Janelle changed her life by losing her excuses and finding herself. Janelle started training at home, using 20 minute HIIT programs, and progressed over time to incorporate weight lifting in a gym.

Now that she has become a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Janelle wants to not only share the real story behind her fit journey, but she also wants to help her clients make the same positive lifestyle changes, avoid some of the preventable mistakes and pitfalls, and ultimately rediscover all the things they have to love about themselves. Whether you prefer to workout at home or in a gym, regardless of your budget, Janelle can show you how creative she can be with her programming, and that you don't need wraps, waist trainers, pills, or supplements to get healthy and fit. She lost her weight and gained her confidence the all-natural way. Janelle is living proof that with the right mindset, a willingness to change, hard work and eating right you can reach your health and fitness goals.

You cannot bully yourself into becoming someone you love.

Read that again.

The voice in your head matters. Because every time you call yourself lazy, weak, disgusting, or a failure, your brain starts looking 👀 for evidence to prove you right.

Then you wonder why you keep repeating the same cycle.

What if, for the next 7 days, you stopped making yourself the enemy?

What if you became your own teammate instead?

The goal isn’t to become perfect.

The goal is to become a woman who keeps her word without needing SHAME to fuel her.

And if you’re ready to stop fighting yourself and finally change the identity underneath the behavior, that’s exactly what we do inside The Blueprint.

The link is in my bio.

You taking the dare???

06/15/2026

If you really want to change your life, you have to stop believing that the answer is another restart.

It’s not.

It’s STAYING.

Staying when it’s boring. Staying when you overeat. Staying when the scale doesn’t move. Staying when life gets busy. Staying when your brain tells you to quit.

Because every time you STAY instead of start over, you become a little more like the woman you’re trying to be.

If you’re ready to stop collecting information and start changing your identity, The Blueprint is waiting for you.

The link is in my bio. 🤍

Comment STAYING if you’re done with the restart cycle.

NGL..This one is personal for me.

I spent YEARS expecting my body to just keep up while I put her through absolute chaos.

Diet after diet. Punishing workouts. Alcohol, OMG the amount of I alcohol I used to drink. 🥤 Smoking for decades 💨. Food that never ONCE asked, “How can I support my body?” And I ate some s**ttttt!! The Stress. The drugs when I was younger.. YOLO was my motto back then. Starting over. Promising I’d be “good tomorrow.”

And somehow...

She NEVER quit on me. Like how is that possible? I drug this body through the wringer and she kept standing and going through all the days.

My heart kept beating. My lungs kept breathing. My legs kept carrying me. My body kept showing up every single day, trying to keep me alive.

And there I was, mad at her because she wasn’t changing fast enough. Like it’s been 2-3 weeks! Come on. After years of neglect.

The irony.

I used to think my body was working against me.

Now I realize she was protecting me the entire time.

That’s why I don’t coach women to fight their bodies anymore.

I teach them to rebuild trust.

Because if your body survived years of chaos...

Imagine what she’s capable of when you finally give her consistency, nourishment, safety, and patience.

If you built the mess...

You get to build the masterpiece.

And I think that’s pretty damn beautiful. ❤️

06/14/2026

Can I tell you one thing about the way I coach? I don’t want you showing up when everything is perfect. I want you showing up when your life is a mess.

When you had the emotional eating episode. When you skipped the workout. When the scale went up. When you had the vacation. When your kid got sick. When work got stressful.

When you think, “I’ll just get back on track Monday.”

Because THAT is where change actually happens.

Not when you’re following the plan perfectly.

Transformation happens when life smacks you in the face and you learn how to stay instead of start over.

There is no shame here. No guilt. No “you should have done better.”

We get curious. We find the pattern. We coach the blind spots.

And we practice becoming the woman who doesn’t abandon herself when life gets hard.

That’s the work.

If you’re waiting until you “get your s**t together” before joining...

Please don’t.

Come exactly as you are.

Messy. Human. Overthinking. Scared.

Because that’s the woman I want to coach.

Let me tell you something? I don’t actually care what the scale says this week.

I care what YOU make it MEAN.

Because I have watched women step on the scale, see the exact same number, and decide they’re failing...while their jeans are looser, their measurements are dropping, they’re sleeping better, they’re eating without guilt, and they’re showing up for themselves more consistently than they EVER have.

And then they quit.

Not because it wasn’t working.

Because they DECIDED it wasn’t over a number. Not the truth.

The scale is one piece of data. That’s it. And it’s THE worst data.

It cannot tell you if you’re losing fat. It cannot tell you if you’re building muscle. It cannot tell you if your body is holding water because you had sushi last night, got your period, or slept four hours.

It definitely cannot tell you whether you’re succeeding.

You know what success actually is?

You did what you said you were going to do. 💃🏼

You went for the walk. You tracked your food. You hit your protein. You got back up after a hard day instead of disappearing for two weeks.

That’s success.

The body ALWAYS catches up.

I have women inside my coaching whose weight barely changes for weeks while they’re losing inch after inch after inch.

If they only looked at the scale, they’d think nothing was happening.

Thank God they know better.

Because fat loss and weight loss are not the same thing.

And if you don’t understand that, you’ll walk away from something that’s ACTUALLY WORKING.

Maybe it’s time to stop asking, “Did the scale go down?”

And start asking, “Did I lead myself today?”

Because that’s the woman who gets the result.

And if you’re tired of letting a number decide whether you’re winning or losing, group coaching starts tomorrow.

We’re not joining another diet.

We’re practicing becoming the woman who no longer needs the scale to tell her she’s doing okay.

That’s the work.

And if you’re ready to end the internal war, I’d love to have you with us. Comment HER for more details ❤️

What did you teach your brain to give you more of today?

More peace or more panic? More self trust or more negotiation? More consistency or more starting over?

Because your brain is always paying attention 📝 to what you repeat. And what you hold your attention on. Those thoughts you hate but play with all day. Your brain says..this must be important…give her MORE of this.

Every time you keep your word to yourself, it learns…ok…This is who we are now.

Every time you abandon yourself, it learns that too.

The annoying part?

Most people think they’re choosing a brownie or skipping a workout.

They’re not.

They’re teaching their brain what to expect tomorrow.

So before you make your next choice, ask yourself one question…

What am I teaching my brain to create more of?

If you look at just today. What did you teach you brain today?

I think what you’re really craving is for this to just feel like who you are.

Not having your focus on chasing another meal plan, challenge or set of rules.

You want to wake up and simply know THIS IS WHO I AM.

I’m the woman who nourishes her body well.

I’m the woman who moves because it feels good.

I’m the woman who keeps my word to myself.

I’m the woman who trusts herself around food.

I’m the woman who enjoys dinner with friends without guilt.

I’m the woman who goes on vacation and doesn’t spend the whole time thinking about calories.

I’m the woman who doesn’t need to start over every Monday because I never left myself in the first place.

You don’t want to spend the rest of your life trying to lose weight.

You want to spend the rest of your life LIVING

When this becomes who you are, the choices that create fat loss stop feeling forced.

They’re no longer something you have to do.

They’re simply an expression of who you’ve become.

That’s why I believe fat loss is the byproduct.

Identity is the goal.

If you’re tired of fighting yourself every day and you’re ready for this to become who you are, my group coaching starts Monday.

Comment “HER” and I’ll send you the details. 🤍

What I want you to take away from this wild goose chase for Pellegrino is this...

At the second store, they had sparkling water.

I almost grabbed it.

Then I caught myself.

“That’s not what you want.”

You want Pellegrino.

So I put it back and kept going. And at no point did I think..

“I guess Pellegrino just isn’t meant for me.”

I knew I was eventually going to find that damn Pellegrino.

I knew I’d have that bottle in my hand, sipping those ice cold bubbles. 😂

I knew it existed. I knew it was possible. I knew it would happen.

I just had to KEEP GOING until I found it.

What if you treated your fat loss the same way?

What if you stopped settling for approaches you don’t even want because they’re easier to find?

What if one hard week didn’t convince you it wasn’t working?

What if one plateau didn’t make you believe you’ll always be this way?

What if you simply kept going because you believed the woman you’re becoming already exists?

You can already picture her.

You can already see her.

Now your only job is to keep showing up until your reflection catches up.

Don’t let temporary absence convince you that what you want isn’t meant for you. 🤍

Also…what freaking store has pellegrino at all times? Let your girl know!!

06/12/2026

Your body is almost always the last thing to change.

Your decisions change first.
Your patterns change next.
Your identity changes after that.

Then one day your reflection 🪞 catches up.

Most women don’t need another meal plan.

They need a way to stop abandoning themselves in the gap between effort and evidence.

That’s exactly why I created my free 5 Identity Bridges guide.

It’s the framework I use to help women stop starting over and start becoming the woman who naturally follows through.

✨ Comment BRIDGES and I’ll send it to you. 🤍 I also put it in the comments if you want it fast!!

You already know you’re exhausted from quitting on yourself.

You already know you’re tired of starting over.

And I think you’re really curious to see what your life would look like if you actually stayed this time.

I also think part of you knows you might need a little help getting there.

A little guidance.

A little accountability.

Someone to help you catch the patterns and loops that keep pulling you back into the same cycle.

If that’s your jam, group coaching starts Monday.

I’d love to walk this journey with you. ❤️ Comment HER if you’d like more info.

Comment STILL in it if you’re staying!
