🍂✨ Fall Into Rest with Sound Healing ✨🍂

Jen Olson, Sound Therapist and owner of Resonance Sound Healing leads this educational and experiential session on a subject that seems so simple, yet most people are often lacking: Rest. Learn about the importance of deep rest, why most people are running in a deficit, and why it is often hard to access. Participants will experience a sound bath for rest and reflection leaving them more grounded, relaxed, and refreshed.
