Many people comment on the beautiful flowers and gardens surrounding our funeral home, and we wanted to take a moment to recognize the person behind them. 🌷
Jim’s aunt, Marsha, lovingly cares for all our flowers from the very beginning. She plants seeds at home in her greenhouse, nurtures them through the seasons, and then transplants them to our funeral home for everyone to enjoy. Last fall, she planted tulip, daffodil, and hyacinth bulbs that brought such beautiful colors this spring. Once those blooms had finished, she replaced them with gorgeous flowers currently growing and blooming.
In addition to the gardens, Marsha also creates and maintains the stunning flower containers around our building. It is truly a labor of love, and we are so grateful for the care and beauty she brings to our space. It really adds something special to our outdoor area.
What makes it even more remarkable is that she recently underwent knee replacement surgery and is still humbly caring for the flowers…with a little extra help along the way. Her dedication, kindness, and hard work do not go unnoticed.
Thank you, Marsha, for sharing your talents with all of us. 🪻 We appreciate you more than you know!
