Gardening Season is Finally Here

As many of you know, I LOVE plants. This year, I decided to try something new and grow all of my flowers and veggies from seed. It's been a fun process and wouldn't you know it, I grew WAY too many plants. They were just so cute when they were little and I couldn't let any of them go to waste. I have no fully taken over 3 rooms in my home with plants and grow lights. My grandma always said, never plant anything until Memorial Day in North Dakota, it could always snow. That fact has held with me all these years. That means this weekend it's time to finally get some plants in the ground. It's my Christmas in May.

I have a few trays at the office for patients to select from while they're at appointments, but if you'd like place a specific order send me an email and I'll box it up to have ready for you at pick up.

Gardening Season is FINALLY HERE!

If you're like me, you've been outside as much as possible during these spring days! It's reminded me how hard this time of year can be on the lower back, knees, and arms. OUCH.

Acupuncture and cupping can help relax the back muscles and reduce inflammation in the joints to keep you feeling good all spring and summer long.

Moxa is the burning of mugwort over acupuncture points to bring heat to the area, reduce inflammation, and increase healing.

Gua Sham, also known as scraping or Graston, is used to release the fascia and relax muscles.

E-Stim can be added to acupuncture points to unlock tight muscles and bring movement to the area.
