Why do you sleep like a hibernating bear after a sauna?
🌡Temperature Drop: Heating your body up causes powerful cooling mechanisms (like blood rushing to the skin) to kick in afterward. The steeper this decline, the stronger the signal to your brain that it is time to sleep.

💪🏽Muscle Relaxation: Deep heat dilates your blood vessels and loosens tight muscles, causing you to simply melt into your mattress.

⬇Hormonal Shifts: Sauna use reduces the stress hormone cortisol while releasing endorphins, which helps calm your nervous system and shift you from a "fight-or-flight" to deep relaxation.

💓Heart Rate Variability (HRV): Regular heat exposure improves HRV, allowing your heart to settle into a relaxed, steady rhythm that promotes longer deep-sleep phases.

If you noticed the towels folded EXTRA WELL today, it's becasue they were folded with love (or mom making them do it 😉) Immersion is my business, but family always plays a big role. Many of you have met a kid or two of mine at some point and are always so kind.
Thank you for allow me to teach them how to run a small business, interact with clients, and sometimes do things they don't reeeeally want to do. :)
