We are excited to partner with the Faribault Area Hospice Foundation for their holiday poinsettia fundraiser this year! This is a wonderful and easy opportunity to have a beautiful holiday poinsettia delivered directly to your loved one at Faribault Senior Living.
The poinsettias are supplied by Gertens and will be delivered to Faribault Senior Living by Foundation volunteers on December 1st and 2nd. All orders are due by October 16th.
Calista is our liaison for this fundraiser, so please feel free to reach out to her directly with any questions.
There are three easy ways to order:
1. Order using the QR code on the attached flyer. Please include a note with your loved one’s name, Faribault Senior Living (FSL), and apartment/room number so we can ensure proper delivery.
2. Complete the attached order form and mail it or drop it off at Faribault Senior Living, Attn: Calista.
3. Email Calista directly at [email protected] to place your order and arrange payment.
• Payment can be made electronically through the QR code or by check payable to Faribault Area Hospice Foundation.

The Faribault Area Hospice Foundation also hosts the Light Up a Life tree-lighting ceremony which will be held on Monday December 7th at 7pm, on the west lawn of the Rice County Courthouse.
The Faribault Area Hospice Foundation is a 501c3 organization that was formed in 2014.
The Foundation provides financial support for patients facing financial hardship & receiving care from any hospice organization in the Faribault area, for comfort care, specialized therapies, room & board support, and extra patient needs not typically covered by insurance or hospice.
