🍌🍓 What a SWEET afternoon at AVIR at Eldridge! 🍨❤️

Delta Hospice had the absolute pleasure of hosting a Banana Split Social for the wonderful residents at AVIR at Eldridge Skilled Nursing Facility, and it was truly a day filled with smiles, laughter, and meaningful fellowship.

Seeing our seniors enjoy old-fashioned banana splits while sharing stories and sweet moments together reminded us why community connection matters so much. These moments are priceless! 💕

A very special thank you to Tiarah Moore and the incredible staff at AVIR at Eldridge for their warm hospitality and partnership in making this event such a success. Also, a huge shoutout to my amazing colleague Tranace Alexander for helping bring joy to our residents and making the afternoon extra special! ✨

Today we had the honor of celebrating the wonderful mothers at Misty Hollow Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center alongside our amazing Houston marketer, Theresa Walker.

The Mother’s Day tea was filled with love, laughter, sweet treats, and precious moments shared with residents and staff. We are so grateful for the opportunity to honor the incredible women who have nurtured generations with their strength, compassion, and wisdom.
