At Precision LTC Pharmacy, we join individuals, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals across the country in raising awareness about Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.

More than 7 million Americans are living with Alzheimer's disease, a progressive brain disorder that affects memory, thinking, and behavior. While Alzheimer's is not a normal part of aging, early recognition, support, and access to care can make a meaningful difference for those affected and their loved ones.

This month, we encourage everyone to learn more, support caregivers, and help raise awareness in our communities. Together, we can advance research, promote understanding, and support those navigating the challenges of Alzheimer's disease.

Last night, the Precision LTC Pharmacy team was proud to attend and support Project REAL Music Bingo Fundraiser and its incredible mission of empowering individuals living with mental illness through supportive housing and community-based services. Since 1979, Project REAL has been dedicated to helping people achieve greater independence, dignity, and quality of life. 👏💙

We were also honored to be a sponsor of the event and stand alongside so many organizations and community partners committed to making a positive impact throughout Long Island.

The Precision LTC Pharmacy team was proud to attend and sponsor yesterday's Mercy Haven, Inc. 26th Annual Golf Outing! ⛳️

It was a wonderful day of golf, friendship, and community support, all in support of Mercy Haven's essential work serving individuals and families across Long Island.

We were especially honored to celebrate this year's recipients of the Bud Harrelson "Spirit of Friendship" Award, Mercy Haven's Founding Foursome: Eileen Hickey, Becky Halleron, Beth Lange, and Marilee Shannon. Their dedication, vision, and lasting impact have helped shape Mercy Haven's mission and success for more than two decades.
