When we wake up, go to work, and do the other things we need to do, we often operate on autopilot; the days fly by, as do the weeks, months, and years.
When we practice present-moment awareness, we can savor each moment, make time feel like it’s passing slower, and get in touch with the fundamental wonder of being alive.
Take 3 slow deep breaths, be fully present to whatever moment you are currently in, even the uncomfortable ones... Namaste 🙏

ADVICE FROM THE BEST PSYCHIATRIST: YOU!!!

1. Your mind looks for proof of what you believe.
Whatever story you repeat internally, your brain starts collecting evidence for it. If you believe “things always go wrong,” your focus will naturally highlight every setback, ignoring what’s going right.

2. It’s not reality—it’s your filter.
Life isn’t always worse; your perception is just selective. The brain’s job is to validate your beliefs, not question them. So it quietly reinforces whatever narrative you’ve chosen.

3. Negative beliefs create a negative focus.
When your mind is wired toward problems, it scans for flaws, failures, and fears. Over time, this creates a loop where negativity feels like truth—even when it’s incomplete.

4. You can change the questions you ask yourself.
Shift from “Why is this happening to me?” to “What can I learn from this?” or “How can this improve?” Better questions lead to better mental patterns.

Your mind is always listening… and always proving you right.

So choose your thoughts carefully— because they quietly become your reality.

Modify Pigeon Pose in a chair and get the same stretch
Be sure not to force any pose; if a move increases sharp, shooting pain, stop immediately.
Consistency: Gentle, daily stretching is more effective than infrequent, intense sessions.
Crosss leg as shown, and only lean forward over the crossed leg as far as you can without any intense pain. You should experience a nice slow Gentle stretch. Hold for 5 to 10 seconds on each side. As your body responds increase the hold and reps.
