Your neurological care is supported by a coordinated care team — giving patients more access, more support, and more continuity throughout their care journey.

That team may include an Advanced Practice Provider (APP), such as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant, who works closely with your neurologist to provide follow-up care, monitor treatment progress, and support your ongoing neurological care.

For patients, this means:
• Faster access to appointments and follow-up care
• More time to discuss symptoms, medications, and questions
• Timely support that helps prevent delays in care
• A care team that stays connected to your history and treatment plan

Our goal is simple: to provide timely, connected neurological care with an experienced team behind you.

Not every headache is a migraine — but most recurring moderate-to-severe headaches often are.

In a recent WWJ interview, Dr. Daniel Singer of MIND explained that migraine is a neurological disease, not something patients should simply “push through.”

Stress, lack of sleep, dehydration, weather changes, and alcohol can all trigger migraines — but they’re often tied to a deeper neurological condition that may require specialized care.

The good news? Migraine treatment has advanced significantly in recent years, with more options than ever to help reduce frequency, relieve symptoms, and improve quality of life.

If headaches or migraines are interfering with your daily life, there are treatment options that can help.

We’re expanding neurological care in Westland.

As MIND has grown beyond the space at our Dearborn Heights office, we’re opening a new, larger Westland Center designed to provide expanded access to neurological care and specialty services closer to home.

The new Westland location will offer:
• Infusion therapy services
• Expanded neurological care and diagnostics
• A larger, more modern facility
• Easier, accessible parking for patients and caregivers

As part of this growth, care currently provided in Dearborn Heights will transition to Westland, with the same trusted MIND provider team continuing to care for patients.

Opening this summer.

The typical journey for a migraine patient looks like this:
Doctor visits ➡️ Emergency rooms ➡️ Random prescriptions ➡️ Temporary relief ➡️ Repeat.

It’s exhausting, and you shouldn't have to navigate it alone.

For National Migraine & Headache Awareness Month, we’re highlighting a better path forward.

At MIND, our Headache & Facial Pain Center was designed to break that cycle by bringing everything you need together in a single, coordinated system:
Expertise: Fellowship-trained neurologists who specialize exclusively in advanced head and facial pain.
Advanced Therapies: From precise Botox regimens to targeted nerve blocks.
Rapid Relief: Dedicated, on-site infusion therapy designed for acute and chronic management.
A True Roadmap: Long-term, personalized management that adapts to your life, lifestyle, and triggers.

Because specialized neurological disorders deserve specialized neurological care.

Drop a 💜 if you’re fighting the migraine battle, or tag someone who needs to know they have options.

When a parent has younger-onset dementia, the whole family is affected.

It can feel like no one else understands what you're going through. But you're not alone.

MIND is proud to share a valuable resource from Lorenzo's House, a nonprofit that supports children, teens and young adults whose lives have been impacted by a parent's younger-onset dementia.

Their free virtual 2026 Global Youth Summit (June 12-13) connects young people from around the world who share similar experiences. It's a chance to find support, hear from others who truly understand, and be part of a community that gets it.

The event is completely self-paced, and everyone who registers will receive a post-event summary.
