Last month, I took a trip to Arizona to enhance my peace of mind.

I gave myself permission to pause, breathe, and step away from the everyday demands of life. While I was there, I embraced rest, reflection, movement, stillness, and the beauty of nature.

Sometimes clarity doesn’t come from doing more.
Sometimes it comes from slowing down long enough to hear yourself again.
