In the world of Applied Behavior Analysis, the only constant is CHANGE.

🔄 One of our funders recently updated their documentation requirements, capping individual notes at a maximum of 2.5 hours.

For a 7-hour client session, that used to mean a logistical nightmare for our Technicians:
🔳 3 separate notes per session
🔳 Manual time-tracking headaches
🔳 A massive administrative burden
Instead? It was a total non-event. ✨

Reason (oops, we lost count at this point!) we love Hi Rasmus - CAREGIVER TRAINING! We give all of our caregivers access to their child/individual receiving services so they can enter data AND read what's happening on our end EVERY.SINGLE.DAY. Game-CHANGING experience! Every new family we take on are BLOWN away with the information and caregiver training has become so efficient. I have parents asking me all the time to give them a "roadmap" of what's next for their kid after they acquire prerequisite skills. What I love about this new Hi Fives curriculum created by Hi Rasmus is that it aligns with CDC developmental milestones to keep us all in check for age/developmental expectations as well as what to look forward to as a next step/objective.
