Finding the right therapist is about more than credentials—it’s about finding someone who truly sees you, listens without judgment, and honors your lived experiences.

In this Therapist Takeaway, Francesca shares why culturally-responsive care matters and what to look for when choosing a therapist who respects your culture, identity, values, and unique story.

Healing happens best in spaces where you don’t have to explain or minimize who you are. You deserve care that is inclusive, culturally-affirming, and rooted in curiosity, respect, and compassion.

No matter your background, everyone deserves to feel safe, valued, and supported in therapy.

If you’re ready to take the next step, we’re here to help you find the right fit. ✨

Francesca is currently accepting clients, please contact our office to get scheduled!

We’re back with another Tuesday Talk! 💛

This week, Ruth, Shayley, and Kellie are talking all things teens and families, from the challenges teens are facing today to simple, meaningful ways parents can build connection, foster resilience, and support their emotional well-being.

We hope this conversation leaves you feeling encouraged and gives you a few practical takeaways to bring into your own family. And if you or your teen could use a little extra support, we’re here when you’re ready.

Sometimes the greatest gift we can give our teens isn’t the perfect advice, it’s feeling understood. When we pause to ask what they need instead of assuming, we create space for trust, connection and honest conversations.

Feeling heard helps teens build confidence, strengthen relationships and know they have a safe place to turn when life feels overwhelming. 💚

You don’t have to navigate the ups and downs of parenting alone. We’re here to support you and your family whenever you’re ready.

Our survival responses don’t disappear just because the danger has passed. The ways we learn to protect ourselves often become patterns we carry into everyday life, even when we’re no longer in danger.
Understanding those patterns with compassion, not judgment, can be the beginning of healing. 💛

If you’re ready to explore your story, we’re here to support you.

Some days you’re physically tired.

Other days, you’re emotionally exhausted—and that kind of fatigue can be harder to recognize.

If you’ve been carrying chronic stress or the effects of trauma, feeling overwhelmed, emotionally numb, irritable, disconnected, or constantly “on edge” may not be a sign that you’re failing. They can be signs that your nervous system has been working hard to protect you.

You don’t have to push through every moment. Small acts of rest and self-compassion can help your nervous system begin to recover.

If this resonates with you, know that you don’t have to navigate it alone. We’re here to support you whenever you’re ready.

Parenting an anxious teen can leave you wondering if you’re saying the right thing or doing enough. The truth is, showing up with patience, consistency and connection matters more than having the perfect response.

If this season feels heavy, know you don’t have to navigate it alone. 💚

Parents don’t have to have all the answers. What matters most is showing up, listening, and creating a space where your teen feels safe to be themselves. Connection doesn’t require perfection—it just requires being present. 💙

If you’re navigating the ups and downs of parenting a teen, you’re not alone. We’re here to support you every step of the way.
