Some athletes hear instruction.

Others absorb it, process it, and execute it immediately.

That’s a different level.

The ability to watch a movement once and then replicate it with precision is a skill built through years of intentional training, focus, and attention to detail. The athletes that reach the next level aren’t just stronger or faster — they’re more aware of their body, their positioning, their timing, and their ex*****on.

Every rep matters.
Every angle matters.
Every detail matters.

The best athletes don’t just “go through drills.” They lock in, understand the purpose behind the movement, and execute with intent.

That’s how performance improves.

That’s how movement becomes automatic.

That’s how you separate yourself from everyone else in the room.

5 MOVEMENTS YOU CAN DO IMMEDIATELY POST-ACL SURGERY 👇

A lot of athletes think rehab after ACL surgery means laying around and waiting to heal. The reality? Early movement done the RIGHT way is one of the biggest keys to getting your strength, confidence, and athleticism back.

Here are 5 exercises we implement early post-op to restore strength, stability, and overall function:

1️⃣ Aerodyne Bike
→ Improve blood flow, reduce stiffness, and begin restoring knee ROM without excessive joint stress.

2️⃣ Single Leg Squat to Box
→ Rebuild single-leg control, quad strength, and confidence loading the surgical leg.

3️⃣ Single Leg Banded Abduction
→ Strengthen the glute med and hip stabilizers to improve knee positioning and control.

4️⃣ Incline Dumbbell Press
→ ACL rehab doesn’t mean stop training. Keeping the upper body strong helps maintain overall athleticism and mindset throughout recovery.

5️⃣ Seated Anti-Rotation Press
→ Core stability is huge post-op. Learning to resist rotation helps improve trunk control and lower body force transfer when returning to sport.
ACL rehab is more than just “healing the knee.”
It’s rebuilding the athlete from the ground up. 💥
Save this for later or send it to an athlete going through ACL rehab. 👊

At some point… you stop waiting.

Stop waiting for the opportunity.
Stop waiting for the invite.
Stop waiting for someone to finally say “yes.”

Because the truth is—
some doors were never meant to open for you.

And that’s not rejection.

That’s redirection.

The people who win at the highest level don’t sit around hoping.

They create.

They build the opportunity.
They build the platform.
They build the path no one handed them.

And then they walk through it with confidence.

So if something isn’t opening for you right now…

Good.

That might be your signal to stop knocking—
and start building.

The Neubie helps us rehab smarter — not just harder. ⚡️

By utilizing direct current stimulation alongside movement, the Neubie helps improve muscle activation, reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore movement patterns faster than traditional methods alone.

What that can look like for athletes:
• Faster improvements in range of motion
• Better muscle activation after injury or surgery
• Reduced pain during movement
• More efficient rehab sessions
• Smoother transition back to training and sport

The goal is simple: help you move better, recover faster, and return to performance with confidence. 🔥

He grew up surrounded by talent… but not surrounded by opportunity.

Raw athleticism was never the problem. The problem was direction. Doubt. Uncertainty. Wondering if he was really capable of making it to the next level.

Then he made a decision:
Stop blaming the environment. Start attacking the gaps.

That’s what brought him to Relentless.

Not just to train — but to rebuild confidence, develop discipline, learn how to move, recover, and prepare like a next-level athlete.

The athletes who break the mold aren’t always the most gifted.

They’re the ones willing to do the work nobody else sees.

This is bigger than sports.
This is what changing your future looks like.

What our patients do…

easily hitting 20 mphwhile rehabbing a hamstring injury.

That tells you everything you need to know about Boomer.

Now he’s turning that same relentless mindset into dominance at Assumption University:

⚡ 58 goals
⚡ 14 assists
⚡ NE10 Offensive Player of the Year
⚡ Program single-season goals record holder

The scary part?

Most people only see the game-day highlights.

They don’t see the work behind it.

The rehab sessions.

The setbacks.

The days where nobody’s watching.

20 mph wasn’t about running fast.

It was about proving his body — and his mindset — were built for another level.

Proud to have been a part of the journey, Boomer.

Relentless action drives the outcome. 🔥

ACL surgery is just the beginning.

The real battle starts when the swelling fades and you finally see the quad atrophy.

That loss of muscle after ACL reconstruction is NORMAL — but rebuilding it takes patience, consistency, and months of intentional work. Early on, the quad “shuts down” as the body protects the knee, which is why strength, control, and confidence can feel so far away in the first few weeks.

Healing timelines aren’t linear:
🗓️ First 6 weeks → restore motion, reduce swelling, wake the quad back up
🗓️ 3-6 months → rebuild real strength, stability, and power
🗓️ 9+ months → earn the right to return to sport the RIGHT way

This process tests athletes mentally just as much as physically. But if you commit to the process, trust the timeline, and attack rehab with purpose… you can come back stronger than before.

Everyone talks about growth when things are going well.

But real growth?

It happens when everything feels heavy.
When motivation is gone.
When doubt is loud.
When the path forward isn’t clear.

That’s the moment most people fold.

But that’s also the moment that defines everything.

Because if you can stay focused there…
if you can keep showing up there…
if you can find even the smallest glimpse of light…

you come out different. Stronger. Sharper. Unbreakable.

Dark moments aren’t the end of your story.

They’re the test.

And the people who pass it… change everything.

Who is it going to be?

I’ve been doing this for 4 years and there’s very few athletes who have boldly said on their first visit “I want ____.”

People operate too much out of fear. More specifically… fear of failure! But I believe with my whole heart that the words we CHOOSE to use are powerful. There is LIFE AND DEATH found in our words.

My belief- speak what you want out of your life. Eventually, your actions will follow. And somewhere along the way… you will believe it if you don’t already.

You need two things to succeed… both of which are free.

Faith. Work.

That’s it.
